Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish durable relationships, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Develop and segment client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing ones through personalized attention and tailored product recommendations
  • Execute sales excellence through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques, utilizing in-store technology and remote channels to maximize selling opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive client profiles by collecting meaningful information throughout the purchase journey to customize service and deliver relevant lifestyle insights
  • Articulate Gucci's brand narrative using expert product knowledge, fashion storytelling, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
  • Support store leadership activities including onboarding facilitation for new Client Advisors, collaborative training delivery, and brand initiative communication
  • Perform operational management functions including POS transaction processing, client returns and exchanges approval, and opening/closing procedures with security protocols
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with Gucci brand guidelines and ensure optimal stock levels on the sales floor
  • Resolve client issues and service requests as a first point of contact, fostering constructive team communication and proposing effective solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships and inspire team collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and brand heritage
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust within a team environment
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude with natural inclination toward people engagement
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally
  • Ability to function effectively in fast-moving, dynamic retail environments with complex client situations

Experience

4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar client-facing or customer service role, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales results and building strong client relationships. Experience in a luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, business, or related field is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 21 per hour.
