Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador to achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, SPT, UPT, AUR, cross-selling and conversion.
- Proactively generate, maintain and grow a personal clientele through high-touch engagement and regular communications in line with GUCCI Service Standards.
- Deliver personalised, best‑in‑class client service—anticipating needs, presenting product suggestions and managing after‑sales enquiries.
- Support team performance by sharing expertise on product categories, motivating peers and modelling service and sales behaviours.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and the Instore Visual Merchandising Ambassador to implement Worldwide Visual Guidelines and replenish displays.
- Provide back‑of‑house support including cashiering, receiving and packing stock, inventory integrity (cycle counts, category scans) and completion of EOD emails.
- Complete required trainings and participate in development programmes to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with documented ability to achieve targets and grow a client base.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric approach and strong relationship management.
- Numerical accuracy and commercial awareness to manage transactions, KPI monitoring and basic reporting.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, act as a role model and support store leadership activities.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and willingness to complete required training.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail selling, with demonstrated success in clienteling, meeting sales KPIs and supporting store operations. Experience mentoring peers or supporting managerial activities is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail, fashion or business are advantageous.
