Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering personalized, best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to foster repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing relationships to premium tiers of the segmentation
- Leverage in-store technology and client data collection to deliver smooth, pleasant, and highly relevant customer experiences
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Employ storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transaction types, including exchanges, returns, and repairs to ensure positive experiences
- Provide exceptional hospitality and elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Proactively attend trainings to develop expertise in product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
- Remain current on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver tailored solutions
- Support consistent onboarding experiences for new Client Advisors and facilitate brand training initiatives
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and general administration
- Perform POS transactions with accuracy, manage client returns and approvals, and support opening and closing procedures
- Uphold Gucci visual standards and contribute to optimal product display and stock levels on the sales floor
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in similar or customer service roles
- Passion and natural talent for relationship building and client engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with teammates and model excellence
- Proven track record of driving individual and store results while building lasting customer relationships
- Deep knowledge of and authentic passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
