Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Gucci brand to clients with sophistication and integrity
  • Guide clients through all stages of the buying journey with personalized consultation
  • Present the current collection using established brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, and market trends
  • Contribute to store sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction across all interactions
  • Embody and communicate company values in daily client engagement

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge and brand presentation standards
  • Ability to guide clients through complex purchasing decisions
