Gucci Seoul seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional clienteling, achieve sales targets and maintain Gucci retail standards in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci’s selling ceremony at every client interaction to deliver an elevated, end-to-end customer experience and meet individual and store sales targets.
- Convey deep knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product assortment to advise clients and create memorable brand experiences.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM activities; identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market insights to position product recommendations that align with individual client styles.
- Maintain accurate, qualitative CRM records and regularly update client information to support retention and prospecting efforts.
- Ensure visual presentation of merchandise aligns with Gucci visual guidelines and uphold high standards of store presentation and grooming.
- Support stockroom and floor inventory management in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion or premium customer service is preferred, with demonstrated success in sales, client development and CRM-driven relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education or vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus.
