Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Prague: luxury retail leadership role focused on client relations and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class service and create memorable client experiences both in-store and remotely
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and loyalty
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Develop and expand your client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Leverage client insights and in-store tools to personalize the customer journey
- Share relevant lifestyle and brand knowledge to enrich the client experience
- Support store operations and leadership initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-end client service
- Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Czech
- Understanding of Gucci's brand values and luxury market positioning
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique management, or premium client advisory roles, with demonstrated success in building high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
Workplace
