Gucci seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Plano, Texas—an experienced luxury sales professional to drive brand relationships and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, delivering best-in-class service in-store and remotely to foster repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Develop and recruit new clients while advancing existing clients to premium tiers through personalized, client-centric experiences
  • Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring, effective selling techniques, and maximization of in-store and remote selling opportunities
  • Leverage in-store technology and collect meaningful client data to customize service and ensure smooth, relevant experiences
  • Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling, combined with honest styling advice, to guide clients in informed purchasing decisions
  • Support store leadership activities including training facilitation, onboarding of new Client Advisors, and mentoring on brand initiatives
  • Maintain accurate POS transactions, manage client returns and exchanges, and perform opening and closing procedures
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards, stock maintenance, inventory management, and adherence to Gucci grooming and operational policies
  • Foster collaborative communication with team members, positioning oneself as a role model and supporting management functions as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Demonstrated passion and natural ability in relationship building and people engagement
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

Experience
