Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through their buying journey, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
- Present collections in alignment with brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Manage returns and exchanges efficiently to maintain client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and enhancing brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a client advisory role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Oslo, Oslo, Norway.
