Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors.
- Act as a role model in delivering outstanding client service and embodying Gucci brand values.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures and visual merchandising.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving client issues.
Qualifications
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in sales management within retail or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range is $23.00/hour to $24.00/hour, subject to geographic differentials.
