Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Naples, USA. Lead luxury sales, build client relationships, and drive results as a brand ambassador for one of the world's leading fashion houses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Gucci brand ambassador, driving sales objectives by deepening client connections and delivering elevated, best-in-class service
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, making them feel valued from first contact through both in-store and remote interactions
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and exceeding expectations
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing ones through strategic segmentation
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service and understand preferences
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends such as theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximization of selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Execute exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Apply effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and client-centric behavior
- Match products to client needs using effective cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales by proactively recruiting clients for remote selling opportunities
- Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all transactions including exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their best interests
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Resolve common client issues and needs as the first point of contact
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and use storytelling to engage clients with honest styling advice
- Attend trainings proactively to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation strategies
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm
- Support onboarding of new Client Advisors and facilitate training initiatives in collaboration with store management
- Participate actively in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and administrative activities
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure precise client information capture
- Uphold visual display standards across all products following Gucci guidelines
- Maintain Gucci grooming and appearance standards at all times
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in accordance with corporate policies
- Manage opening and closing procedures including asset security, safe combinations, and key management
- Perform management functions at POS including approval of returns and exchanges as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with proven excellent track record
- Passion and natural interest in relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting customer and colleague relationships
- Deep knowledge about and passion for fashion and luxury
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude
- High flexibility and adaptability to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar role or customer service setting, with an excellent track record of driving sales results and building lasting client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further fashion, retail management, or business education preferred but not mandatory.
