Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve exceptional performance through a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the development and growth of team members.
  • Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and lead training initiatives in collaboration with store management.
  • Act as a role model by delivering exceptional client service and embodying the Gucci brand values.
  • Attract new clients by serving as a Brand Ambassador and networking within the community.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by maintaining the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
  • Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations in the absence of management and address client issues as the first point of contact.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong industry awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for the fashion industry.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should possess sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, demonstrating the ability to drive customer experiences and exceed sales goals.
