Gucci Senior Client Advisor at Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, Montreal — luxury retail leadership role combining sales excellence, team supervision, and brand ambassadorship. Bilingual French/English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while systematically achieving individual KPI goals through exceptional customer service and quality selling
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and real-time feedback to Client Advisors on the sales floor to deliver brand-centric customer experiences and drive performance
  • Act as a role model by greeting, listening to, and exceeding client needs while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage
  • Maintain and organize client portfolios using CRM tools to build lasting relationships, personalize future development opportunities, and provide appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
  • Attract new clients by serving as a Gucci Brand Ambassador through community networking and engagement
  • Assist in the development and training of Client Advisors, ensuring consistent onboarding and clear understanding of brand initiatives
  • Manage floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store, organizing staff coverage during breaks and meal periods, and supporting daily operations in management's absence
  • Uphold visual display standards in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization of stock and back-of-house areas
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex client issues and concerns
  • Discuss fashion trends, luxury market advancements, and industry developments with clients to demonstrate passion for luxury and fashion
  • Support the store manager in achieving business objectives and key performance indicators through strong visible presence and team support
  • Maintain security standards within the boutique to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise
  • Comply with Gucci brand image requirements, standards, and policies at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role or customer service environment within luxury or retail
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience supervising personnel and managing staff schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (fluency required)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess business needs and trends and discuss with senior management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen within the luxury fashion sector

Experience
