Gucci Senior Client Advisor in Montreal – Drive luxury retail sales, lead client advisors, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Bilingual (French/English) required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed individual and store monthly and quarterly sales targets, fostering sustainable growth across the business unit
  • Provide supervision, real-time coaching, and constructive feedback to Client Advisors to achieve business objectives and product category goals
  • Deliver exceptional client service experiences by welcoming, listening to, and exceeding client needs while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and Gucci heritage
  • Attract new clients through brand ambassador networking within the community and relationship-building activities
  • Achieve and surpass individual KPI goals through exceptional customer service quality and sales performance
  • Collect and maintain accurate, organized client data using CRM tools to build relationships, establish personalized follow-up opportunities, and drive future engagement
  • Maintain an up-to-date, precise client portfolio for regular contact and appropriate follow-up on all sales and client requests
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market advancements with clients, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Supervise team members including staff scheduling, floor coverage during breaks and meal periods, and onboarding new Client Advisors with consistent brand-aligned training
  • Perform floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store, managing daily operations in the absence of management, and serving as primary contact for complex client issues
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci brand guidelines and contribute to product presentation excellence
  • Maintain store security standards and ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise
  • Support category initiatives, communicate performance feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement across weak and medium-performing areas
  • Foster teamwork and open, constructive communication to ensure consistent exceptional customer experiences and a positive workplace environment
  • Perform daily store tasks including stock organization, maintenance of storage areas, and general housekeeping standards
  • Comply with all Gucci image requirements, standards, and corporate policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of experience in a similar role or customer service-focused environment, preferably in retail, luxury retail, or service industries
  • Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing personnel schedules
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Industry awareness and demonstrated business acumen within luxury and fashion sectors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for the fashion industry and luxury market trends
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess valid work authorization to work in Canada

Experience

Minimum four years of professional experience in a similar supervisory or senior sales role within retail, luxury retail, or customer service environments. Direct experience in personnel supervision, staff scheduling, and client relationship management is essential. Background in luxury goods retail or high-end service industries is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or customer service leadership may substitute for formal education requirements.
