Gucci seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Miami to deliver personalized luxury service, grow client relationships and sales, and support store operations and leadership activities. The role requires at least 4 years of luxury fashion sales experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships through proactive, personalized service in-store and remotely, making clients feel valued and at ease.
  • Create lasting, client-centric relationships that encourage repeat business and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Discover clients’ needs and aspirations, build rapport, and exceed expectations through generous, attentive service.
  • Recruit new clients and develop existing clients toward the highest segmentation tier.
  • Use in-store technology to deliver a smooth, relevant client experience.
  • Gather meaningful client information throughout the journey to tailor service to client preferences.
  • Enhance the client experience with insights into local lifestyle trends, including theatre, arts and travel.
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing in-store and remote selling opportunities.
  • Deliver elevated hospitality through selling skills, luxury gestures and product rituals.
  • Use effective, natural selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric approach.
  • Recommend products suited to client needs and benefits, using cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance sales, recruiting clients to create selling opportunities.
  • Maintain a “One-Gucci-Client” perspective across purchase locations when handling exchanges, returns, repairs and similar transactions.
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed decisions and select the right product.
  • Communicate constructively with team members, collaborate and propose effective solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving common client issues and needs.
  • Use Gucci and product knowledge, storytelling and styling advice to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Attend training to develop product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, products, campaigns, services and client segmentation to identify suitable solutions.
  • Combine styling knowledge with product recommendations that serve client needs.
  • Represent Gucci’s philosophy, values and lifestyle with enthusiasm.
  • Support consistent onboarding for new Client Advisors and, in collaboration with store management, facilitate training so brand initiatives are understood when management support is needed.
  • Participate in stock maintenance, inventory and general store administration.
  • Follow policies and procedures, with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and ensure accurate capture of client information.
  • Help maintain product displays according to Gucci visual standards.
  • Maintain grooming in accordance with company and Gucci standards and policies.
  • Ensure optimal sales-floor product levels in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Manage general store administration and functionality.
  • Perform POS management functions, including approving client returns and exchanges when management support is needed.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys when management support is needed.
  • Support certain management and store-function activities as part of progression toward store leadership.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of luxury fashion sales experience, with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Passion for relationship-building and engaging with people.
