Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the sales floor to achieve high performance and customer-centric results.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a role model and brand ambassador, promoting Gucci's values and heritage.
- Manage store operations including opening/closing duties and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Address and resolve complex client issues as the first point of contact.
Qualifications
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
