Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Melbourne – luxury retail leader to drive sales and mentor team at David Jones boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class client service and luxury shopping experiences
  • Build, develop, and maintain a loyal client portfolio
  • Achieve and exceed sales and clienteling KPIs
  • Lead by example and act as a role model for the team
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team development
  • Supervise the store when the Store Manager is absent
  • Assist with stock management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and store administration
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and support team learning

Qualifications

  • Experienced in luxury, premium retail, or high-service sales environment
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships
  • Natural leadership qualities with experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
  • Previous management experience desirable

Experience
