Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Partner with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Act as a role model in delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci values.
- Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and resolving client issues.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.
Qualifications
- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Experience
Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
