Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Partner with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Act as a role model in delivering exceptional client service and promoting Gucci values.
  • Manage floor operations, including opening/closing duties and resolving client issues.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with Gucci's guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Skills

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and business acumen. Passion for the fashion industry. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
