Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
- Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and utilize meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure store security standards are met to safeguard customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to maintaining Gucci's visual display standards.
- Keep stockroom and understock areas neat and organized.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role is required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
