Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional service experience from initial contact.
  • Deliver personalized, client-focused interactions to build enduring relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring KPIs and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
  • Promote open and constructive communication within the team, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
  • Facilitate a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in training initiatives in collaboration with store management.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain a client book.
  • Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of luxury fashion products and trends.
  • High flexibility and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Team-player mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
