Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the initial point of contact by delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide a personalized, client-focused experience to foster enduring relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators and optimizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely.
  • Promote open and constructive communication within the team, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
  • Support the delivery of a consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and assist in facilitating training in collaboration with store management.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safe combinations and store keys.

Experience

Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a client advisory role.
