Gucci Senior Client Advisor position in Las Vegas. Lead luxury sales, build client relationships, and drive results as a brand ambassador.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely, ensuring every client feels valued from first contact
- Develop and nurture client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing ones to top-tier segmentation levels
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and exceeding expectations through attentive service
- Leverage in-store technology and CRM systems to ensure smooth, pleasant, and personalized client experiences
- Collect and analyze meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize services and inform future engagement
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel opportunities
- Drive individual and collective sales results through disciplined KPI monitoring and maximization of selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experience by combining hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals with effective selling skills
- Apply consultative and warm selling techniques in a natural, elevated manner to drive sales and reinforce client-centric values
- Perform product selection and matching to client needs while effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase channel, managing exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions with excellence
- Demonstrate expertise in Gucci products and heritage through storytelling, product knowledge, and honest styling guidance to inform client decisions
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management, ensuring consistent brand communication
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration
- Ensure accurate POS transaction processing and precise capture of client information
- Contribute to visual display excellence across all products in adherence with Gucci standards
- Maintain optimal product availability on the sales floor in line with corporate policies
- Perform management functions as needed, including approval of client returns and exchanges
- Execute opening and closing procedures with secure handling of assets such as safes and keys
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Maintain personal grooming standards in accordance with Gucci dress code and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building and people engagement with natural interpersonal excellence
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence team members
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and unwavering commitment
- Proven collaborative skills and demonstrated ability to serve as a role model to colleagues
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results while building lasting client and colleague relationships
- Deep knowledge of and authentic passion for fashion and the luxury sector
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent commercial awareness and strong client-oriented mindset
- High adaptability and composure when navigating diverse client types and complex situations
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic retail environment
Skills
Experience
4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with demonstrated excellence in client service, relationship management, or similar customer-facing roles. Proven ability to consistently drive sales results, build and maintain high-value client relationships, and operate effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
