Gucci seeks Senior Client Advisor in Las Vegas with 4+ years luxury retail experience to drive sales and elevate client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong, lasting relationships by delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely, ensuring every client feels valued from initial contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business through discovery of client needs and aspirations
  • Develop and segment the client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing clients to top-tier status through relationship management
  • Leverage in-store technology and CRM systems to ensure seamless, relevant client experiences and maintain comprehensive client profiles
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities through effective techniques, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Provide expert product knowledge and honest styling advice using storytelling and brand narrative to guide informed purchasing decisions
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance selling channels to create omnichannel selling opportunities
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, and repairs with consistent service excellence
  • Support onboarding and training activities for new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management to ensure understanding of brand initiatives
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration
  • Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information to maintain data integrity and support clienteling initiatives
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain optimal product display levels in alignment with Gucci brand guidelines
  • Perform select management functions including opening and closing procedures, approval of client returns and exchanges, and asset security
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor activity, and client segmentation to deliver informed recommendations
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm while maintaining professional grooming and appearance standards

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in retail or customer service settings
  • Passion for relationship building and people engagement with demonstrated ability to inspire trust and influence colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity in all client and team interactions
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy, commitment, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and act as a role model
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods
