Gucci is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Las Vegas to drive luxury sales and build lasting client relationships with best-in-class service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Gucci brand ambassador, achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and delivering best-in-class service
  • Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, creating a welcoming environment both in-store and remotely to ensure clients feel valued
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Develop and expand the client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing clients to higher segmentation tiers
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences throughout the journey
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information to understand preferences and customize service delivery
  • Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel opportunities
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities across in-store and remote channels
  • Execute effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner while maintaining a client-centric attitude
  • Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities to expand the client engagement model
  • Maintain a cohesive "One-Gucci-Client" perspective across all purchase locations, exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
  • Guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions through storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice
  • Attend trainings proactively to develop product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay current with fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general administration
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and ensure precise client information capture
  • Contribute to maintaining visual product displays in accordance with Gucci standards
  • Maintain grooming standards in line with Gucci policies at all times
  • Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in compliance with corporate policies
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing assets such as safes and store access

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in similar roles or customer service settings
  • Passion for and natural ability in relationship building and people engagement
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teammates and serve as a role model
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store-level sales results
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
  • High flexibility and adaptability to diverse clients and complex situations
