Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador to deliver best‑in‑class, personalised client experiences that deepen loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Proactively engage, qualify and convert clients in‑store and remotely, recruiting new clients and developing top‑tier segmentation.
- Use storytelling and expert product knowledge to advise on styling, guide purchasing decisions, and execute effective cross‑sell and upsell techniques.
- Promote and manage virtual appointments and distance‑selling opportunities to expand revenue channels.
- Collect and maintain meaningful client information and segmentation data to tailor future interactions and maximise lifetime value.
- Support store leadership by performing select management activities (POS approvals, returns/exchanges, opening/closing procedures) as required.
- Contribute to stock maintenance, inventory activities and accurate POS transactions while adhering to loss‑prevention policies.
- Uphold Gucci visual standards on the sales floor and assist with merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation.
- Participate in and facilitate branded onboarding and product/selling trainings to ensure consistent client experience across the team.
- Foster open, collaborative communication with colleagues and propose constructive solutions to improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
- Proven ability to build and sustain high‑value client relationships and to exceed individual and store sales results.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct with the ability to inspire trust and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a client‑centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to adapt to diverse client needs and complex situations.

Experience
At least 4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable client‑facing role, with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing lasting client relationships.
