Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering best-in-class, personalised client experiences both in-store and remotely to build deep, lasting client relationships.
- Proactively recruit and develop a high-value client base, leveraging clienteling practices and in-store technology to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, cross-selling/upselling and monitoring of KPIs.
- Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to expand remote selling opportunities.
- Provide expert product storytelling, styling advice and up-to-date trend knowledge to guide clients toward informed purchase decisions.
- Support select store leadership activities including onboarding new advisors, performing certain POS management functions (returns/exchanges approvals), opening/closing and secure asset procedures when required.
- Maintain operational excellence: stock maintenance and inventories, accurate POS transactions and client data capture, adherence to loss-prevention policies and Gucci visual standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable customer‑facing luxury role with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high‑value client relationships and to recruit clients into top-tier segments.
- High ethical standards, professionalism and the capacity to inspire trust and influence colleagues.
- Proven accuracy and commitment when performing complex or sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; high adaptability to diverse client needs and complex situations.
Skills
Experience
At least four years of progressive luxury fashion sales experience with a documented history of meeting or exceeding commercial objectives and building high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, fashion or client service training is advantageous but not mandatory.
