Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador to attract new clients.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures and visual merchandising.
- Address and resolve client issues as the first point of contact.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering positive customer experiences and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
