Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively establish and nurture strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service in-store and remotely while making clients feel valued from first contact
  • Develop personalized, client-centric experiences fostering lasting relationships that drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and exceeding expectations through customized styling advice
  • Recruit new clients and elevate existing clients to premium tiers through strategic segmentation and engagement
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences with meaningful data collection
  • Create added value by providing clients insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities through effective sales techniques
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality through skilled selling, luxury gestures, and product rituals that emphasize client-centric attitudes

  • Attend trainings proactively to build expertise in product knowledge and advanced selling techniques
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions

  • Support onboarding of new Client Advisors and facilitate training initiatives in collaboration with management
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and general administration
  • Process POS transactions accurately and capture client information systematically
  • Contribute to visual merchandise standards by upholding Gucci display guidelines throughout the store
  • Perform opening and closing procedures including asset security management such as safes and keys
  • Approve client returns and exchanges at point-of-sale when required
  • Maintain optimal product levels on sales floor in alignment with corporate policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record

Experience

Prior experience with clienteling platforms and omnichannel retail (in-store and remote selling) is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. Tertiary education in fashion, luxury retail, business, or related disciplines is preferred.
