Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, delivering best-in-class service in-store and remotely to foster repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating commitment to exceed expectations
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing relationships to premium segmentation levels
  • Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximizing selling opportunities using effective, warm, and elevated techniques
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences using in-store technology and meaningful client information to customize service delivery
  • Apply sophisticated selling skills, cross-selling, and upselling strategies while maintaining a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all channels and transaction types
  • Leverage expert product knowledge and storytelling to provide honest styling advice, ensuring clients make informed purchasing decisions aligned with Gucci's creative vision
  • Support store leadership functions including onboarding facilitation, training collaboration, inventory management, POS management, and opening/closing procedures
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, uphold Gucci grooming and appearance requirements, and actively participate in stock maintenance and store operations
  • Proactively attend trainings to develop product knowledge, selling techniques, and awareness of fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in similar roles or premium customer service settings
  • Demonstrated passion and natural ability for relationship building and people engagement
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence teammates
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store results while building lasting customer and colleague relationships
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Advanced education in fashion, business, or luxury retail management is preferred but not mandatory.
