Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients through best-in-class in-store and remote service, ensuring clients feel valued from first contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build client rapport by discovering needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity, and consistently exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing clients within the segmentation hierarchy

  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members while proposing effective collaborative solutions
  • Serve as first point of contact in resolving common client issues and needs
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge through storytelling, expert product information, and honest styling advice
  • Attend trainings proactively to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to best serve client needs

  • Support onboarding of new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with management to ensure brand alignment
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration

  • Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information with precision
  • Contribute to visual merchandising by maintaining product displays according to Gucci visual standards
  • Maintain personal grooming standards in accordance with Gucci brand policies
  • Ensure optimal product levels on sales floor in line with corporate policies
  • Perform management functions including POS approvals for client returns and exchanges as needed
  • Execute opening and closing procedures including asset security when required

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
  • Demonstrated success in similar roles or customer service settings within luxury retail
  • Strong passion and natural aptitude for relationship building and people engagement
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence team members
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and sustained commitment
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to serve as role model to colleagues

Experience
