Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships through best-in-class service across in-store and remote channels, ensuring every client feels valued and at ease from first contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences fostering strong and lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing clients to higher tiers of segmentation
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize and enhance service delivery
- Create added value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevation, selling skills, and luxury product rituals
- Employ effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales with a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and benefits, effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location or transaction type including exchanges, returns, and repairs
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions that align with their needs
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, maintaining collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Resolve common client issues as the first point of contact with professionalism and expertise
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver best-possible solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve the client

- Support consistent and branded onboarding for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and general store administration
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process all POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
- Contribute to upholding visual product display following Gucci visual standards
- Follow company grooming standards at all times in accordance with Gucci policies
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies and procedures
- Manage general store administration and functionality
- Perform management functions including approval of client returns and exchanges when needed
- Execute opening and closing procedures including securing of assets such as safes and store keys when needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
- Passion and natural interest in relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations

Skills
Experience
4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting within the luxury or premium retail sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion or retail certification is a plus but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Costa Mesa, California, USA, with easy access to Los Angeles.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 22 per hour.
