Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease from first contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance Gucci brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity to exceed expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing ones to higher tiers of the segmentation structure
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences across all interactions
- Collect and record meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and build comprehensive client profiles
- Create added value by sharing curated insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, travel, and cultural events
- Drive individual and collective sales results through monitoring key performance indicators and maximizing selling opportunities across all channels
- Execute effective selling techniques in a warm, natural, elevated manner, combining strong product knowledge with expert styling guidance
- Apply cross-selling and upselling strategies to match clients with products that best serve their needs and aspirations
- Maintain a unified "One-Gucci-Client" perspective across all transactions including exchanges, returns, repairs, and service interactions
- Perform point-of-sale management functions including processing transactions, approving client returns and exchanges, and ensuring accurate capture of client information
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration
- Contribute to visual merchandising by upholding Gucci's product display standards and ensuring optimal stock levels on the sales floor
- Conduct opening and closing procedures with full responsibility for securing assets including safes and store access systems
- Support consistent, branded onboarding experiences for new Client Advisors and facilitate training sessions on brand initiatives and selling techniques
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards in accordance with Gucci policies at all times
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention, accuracy, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in customer service or similar roles
- Passion and natural ability for relationship building and meaningful people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence team members
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and sustained commitment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and serve as a role model
