Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Gucci brand ambassador in-store and remotely, proactively cultivating and deepening long-term client relationships through personalised, best-in-class service.
- Drive individual and store sales by identifying opportunities, executing luxury selling techniques, and converting high-value interactions through cross-selling and upselling.
- Deliver elevated client experiences using storytelling, expert product knowledge, styling advice and luxury service rituals to guide informed purchasing decisions.
- Recruit and develop clients into top-tier segments; leverage in-store technology and virtual appointments to extend the client journey beyond the sales floor.
- Collect and maintain meaningful client data to personalise follow-up, tailor recommendations and support a One-Gucci client perspective across channels.
- Support store operational functions including stock maintenance, inventory, POS transactions, returns/exchanges approvals (when required) and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and maintain product presentation in line with Gucci guidelines.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Client Advisors and support management activities when required (opening/closing procedures, securing assets).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable customer-facing roles with a proven sales track record.
- Demonstrable passion for relationship building and client engagement with high ethical standards, professionalism and integrity.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales objectives while collaborating effectively with team members and acting as a role model.
- Commercially astute with deep interest in fashion and luxury, and an ability to remain flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to diverse clients and complex situations.

Experience
At least 4 years of progressive luxury fashion sales experience with documented success in client acquisition, retention, and meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, marketing or a related field preferred.

Compensation
