Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Gucci brand ambassador, deepening client connections through best-in-class service and fostering strong, lasting relationships
- Proactively engage clients and establish rapport by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections both in-store and remotely
- Develop and mentor the client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing relationships to premium tiers of segmentation
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring key performance indicators and maximizing selling opportunities across both physical and digital channels
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences utilizing storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Leverage in-store technology platforms to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences throughout the customer journey
- Collect and analyze meaningful client information to personalize service offerings and customize recommendations
- Create added value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends, cultural events, and luxury lifestyle offerings
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques with sophistication, matching products to client needs and benefits
- Maintain a unified "One-Gucci-Client" perspective regardless of purchase channel, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and service transactions with excellence
- Support the onboarding and training of new Client Advisors in collaboration with store management to ensure brand initiatives are understood
- Actively participate in stock maintenance, inventory management, and general store administration activities
- Perform point-of-sale management functions including transaction processing, client returns and exchanges, and opening and closing procedures
- Uphold Gucci visual merchandising standards and contribute to optimal product presentation on the sales floor
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
Qualifications
- 4+ years of luxury fashion retail sales experience with an excellent track record
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and serve as a role model
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting relationships
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury markets
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- Strong ability to adapt to diverse client needs and navigate complex situations
- Excellent internal and external communication skills

Experience
4+ years of demonstrated excellence in luxury fashion sales or customer service roles, with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-value client relationships.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional training or certification in luxury retail, client relations, or fashion studies is advantageous.
