Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, offering best-in-class service across in-store and remote channels while making clients feel valued from initial contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing clients to higher tiers of segmentation
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery
- Create value through insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, travel, and cultural offerings
- Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximizing selling opportunities in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experience with focus on hospitality and elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all purchase locations, exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions critical to positive client experience
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions and offer honest styling advice
- Engage with clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and Gucci heritage to assist in purchasing decisions
- Attend trainings proactively to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitor offerings, campaigns, services, and client segmentation to deliver superior solutions
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm
- Support consistent and branded onboarding for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and general administration
- Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure accurate capture of client information
- Contribute to upholding visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines
- Maintain Company grooming standards in line with Gucci policies at all times
- Ensure optimal product levels on sales floor in line with corporate policies
- Manage general store administration and functionality
- Perform management functions at POS including approval of client returns and exchanges as needed
- Execute opening and closing procedures including securing of assets such as safe combinations and store keys as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record, preferably in similar role or customer service setting
- Passion and natural interest in relationship building and people engagement
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Deep knowledge about and passion for fashion and luxury
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment

Experience
Minimum 4+ years of demonstrated experience in luxury fashion sales with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar senior advisory role or premium customer service setting. Experience in client relationship management, team collaboration, and store operations is essential.
