Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, offering best-in-class service in-store and remotely to make clients feel valued from first contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences fostering strong, lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity and exceeding expectations
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and elevating existing clients to top tier segmentation
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
  • Collect meaningful client information to understand preferences and customize service delivery
  • Create and add value by providing insights on local lifestyle trends, cultural events, and relevant experiences
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs and maximizing selling opportunities in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experience focusing on hospitality and elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and client-centric attitude
  • Select products matched to client needs and effectively employ cross- and upselling techniques
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities
  • Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, for exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed decisions and purchase the right product
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being collaborative and proposing effective solutions
  • Assist as first point of contact in resolving common client issues and needs
  • Use knowledge of Gucci and products to engage clients through storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice
  • Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to provide optimal solutions
  • Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products to best serve the client
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Support consistent and branded onboarding experience for new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and general administration
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Accurately process all POS transactions and ensure accurate capture of client information
  • Contribute to upholding visual display of all products following Gucci visual standards
  • Follow company grooming standards and policies at all times
  • Ensure optimal levels of products on the sales floor in line with corporate policies
  • Manage general store administration and functionality
  • Perform management functions at POS, including approval of client returns and exchanges as needed
  • Able to perform opening and closing procedures, including securing of assets such as safe combinations and store keys as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record, preferably in similar role or customer service setting
  • Passion and natural interest in relationship building and people engagement
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and act as a role model
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deep knowledge about and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude

Experience
