Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships through best-in-class in-store and remote service
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by understanding their aspirations and exceeding expectations with generous service
  • Develop client base by recruiting new clients and advancing existing relationships to premium tiers
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth and relevant client experiences
  • Collect and analyze client information to customize service and drive targeted engagement
  • Create added value by providing clients with insights on local lifestyle trends including theatre, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results through KPI monitoring and maximization of selling opportunities

  • Guide clients to informed purchasing decisions through product expertise and honest styling advice
  • Use storytelling and expert knowledge to engage clients with Gucci heritage and offerings
  • Attend product training sessions proactively to develop selling techniques and category expertise
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitor activities, and client segmentation strategies
  • Combine styling knowledge with product expertise to serve clients effectively

  • Support onboarding of new Client Advisors and facilitate training in collaboration with store management
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and administration

  • Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information
  • Contribute to visual merchandise displays following Gucci brand standards
  • Maintain company grooming standards and appearance per Gucci policies at all times
  • Ensure optimal product levels on sales floor in line with corporate policies
  • Manage store administration and functionality
  • Perform management functions including POS approvals for client returns and exchanges as needed
  • Execute opening and closing procedures including asset security and safe management as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
  • Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy and commitment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and serve as a role model
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
