Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary, personalized client journey—proactively engage, build rapport, capture client preferences and convert interactions into lasting relationships and repeat business, both in‑store and remotely.
- Drive individual and store sales by maximising selling opportunities, monitoring KPIs and deploying advanced selling techniques including cross‑sell and upsell.
- Recruit and develop high‑value clients; promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client penetration and top‑tier segmentation.
- Represent the One‑Gucci client experience across exchanges, returns, repairs and omni‑channel touchpoints to preserve brand continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Use product storytelling, expert styling advice and fashion knowledge to educate clients and guide informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain operational excellence: accurate POS processing, stock maintenance and inventories, loss prevention, adherence to grooming and visual standards, and perform opening/closing and administrative duties as required.
- Contribute to team performance through collaborative communication, onboarding support and by facilitating trainings to cascade product and selling best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven commercial track record, preferably in an equivalent client advisor or boutique sales role.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury brand heritage, product categories and contemporary trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high‑value client relationships and to exceed individual and store sales targets.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling client information and sensitive transactions.
- Flexible availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; strong adaptability to varied client profiles and complex situations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate and act as a role model within the retail team.

Experience
At least four years of direct experience in luxury fashion retail or a closely related customer‑facing environment, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and cultivating high‑value clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in fashion, business, marketing or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20 per hour.
