Gucci seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Bal Harbour to deliver personalized luxury service, strengthen client relationships, and drive sales while supporting store operations and selected management functions. The role requires at least 4 years of luxury fashion sales experience and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized, best-in-class service and elevated experiences in-store and remotely.
- Recruit new clients, develop existing clients into top segmentation tiers, collect client preferences, and use those insights to tailor service.
- Create meaningful connections by understanding clients’ needs and aspirations, exceeding expectations, and sharing relevant local lifestyle insights.
- Drive individual and collective sales results by monitoring KPIs, maximizing sales opportunities, and using effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales, guide clients toward suitable products, and support exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions with a consistent One-Gucci-Client approach.
- Resolve common client issues as a first point of contact and communicate constructively with colleagues to develop effective solutions.
- Use Gucci and product knowledge, storytelling, styling advice, and product rituals to support informed purchasing decisions; attend training on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, campaigns, services, and client segmentation; embody Gucci’s philosophy, values, and lifestyle.
- Support consistent onboarding for new Client Advisors and facilitate training with store management when needed.
- Participate in stock maintenance, inventories, store administration, and other store operations; follow policies and procedures, particularly those related to loss prevention.
- Process POS transactions accurately and capture client information; maintain product presentation to Gucci visual standards and optimal sales-floor stock levels.
- Follow Gucci grooming standards and manage general store administration and functionality.
- When needed, perform POS management functions, including approving client returns and exchanges, and opening and closing procedures, including securing store assets such as safe combinations and keys.

- At least 4 years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
