Senior Client Advisor at Gucci, Bal Harbour. Luxury sales leadership role requiring 4+ years experience and passion for brand ambassadorial service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish enduring relationships through best-in-class, personalized service delivered in-store and remotely, ensuring clients feel valued and at ease from initial contact
- Develop client base by recruiting new clientele and cultivating existing relationships to premium tiers of the segmentation model
- Drive individual and collective sales results through effective selling techniques, strategic upselling and cross-selling, and active monitoring of key performance indicators
- Leverage in-store technology and virtual appointment platforms to optimize client experience and create additional selling opportunities
- Collect meaningful client data and preferences throughout the customer journey to inform tailored service and styling recommendations
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide clients through informed purchasing decisions, combining styling expertise with deep understanding of Gucci's heritage and collections
- Mentor and support onboarding of new Client Advisors and facilitate training delivery in collaboration with store management to ensure brand initiatives are understood
- Maintain a unified "One-Gucci-Client" perspective across all transaction types—purchases, exchanges, returns, repairs—to ensure consistent positive experiences
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale administration
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Gucci grooming standards with emphasis on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Support certain store management functions including opening and closing procedures, asset security, and approval of client returns and exchanges as directed
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record, preferably in a similar retail or customer service role
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building and people engagement with proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Strong ethical standards, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and influence a team
- Proven ability to perform complex tasks with accuracy, commitment, and attention to detail
- Excellent internal and external communication skills with natural collaborative approach and ability to act as a role model
- High degree of commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic retail environments and manage diverse client situations

Experience
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail sales or equivalent customer-facing roles in high-end retail environments. Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and thriving in premium retail settings. Direct experience in brand ambassadorial roles, personalized styling consultation, and managing complex client transactions preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certifications in fashion, luxury goods, or retail management are valued but not mandatory.
