Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the Gucci brand ambassador in‑store and remotely, proactively engaging clients to build enduring relationships and drive repeat business.
- Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences using storytelling, product expertise and luxury service rituals.
- Recruit and develop a client base, moving customers up the segmentation ladder through targeted clienteling and outreach.
- Drive individual and store sales results by monitoring KPIs, maximising selling opportunities and employing cross‑sell and upsell techniques.
- Promote and conduct virtual appointments and distance sales to expand remote revenue channels.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information and CRM records to tailor future service and communications.
- Support store operations including POS transactions, stock maintenance, inventories and general administration while adhering to loss prevention procedures.
- Contribute to merchandising and visual presentation in line with Gucci visual standards and maintain company grooming requirements.
- Assist with select management responsibilities when required (approvals for returns/exchanges, opening/closing procedures, securing assets).
- Participate in product and selling‑skills trainings and keep abreast of fashion trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for relationship building, client engagement and a client‑centric sales approach.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and influence peers.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to adapt selling style to diverse client profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to act as a role model.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least four years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail or high‑end customer service, including proven clienteling, remote selling (virtual appointments/distance sales) and a record of achieving individual sales KPIs. Prior exposure to supporting store management functions is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related field preferred.
