Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to enhance performance and drive sales through a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the Team Manager to deliver real-time coaching and feedback to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of Client Advisors, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Exemplify exceptional client service by engaging with clients to exceed their shopping needs and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage during breaks.
  • Support store operations in the absence of management and address any client issues that arise.
  • Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to create positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver results.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Passion for the fashion industry. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should have previous experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
