Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Gucci brand ambassador by proactively engaging clients to deliver personalised, best‑in‑class service both in‑store and remotely.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through tailored storytelling, expert product knowledge, and consistent clienteling to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by monitoring KPIs, maximising selling opportunities, and employing cross‑sell and upsell techniques.
  • Support store leadership activities when required, including POS approvals, opening/closing procedures, and other management functions.
  • Ensure operational excellence through accurate POS transactions, stock maintenance and inventories, adherence to loss‑prevention procedures, and maintaining Gucci visual standards.
  • Promote virtual appointments and distance selling, recruiting clients for remote engagement and ensuring a seamless omnichannel client experience.
  • Capture and maintain meaningful client data to personalise service and inform future interactions; contribute to onboarding and training of new advisors when requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven commercial track record.
  • Demonstrated passion for relationship building and a client‑centric mindset.
  • High degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and influence colleagues.
  • Proven accuracy in performing complex tasks and executing retail operational duties.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse clients and fast‑moving situations.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 24 per hour.
