Gucci Sample Technician position in Novara, Italy. Translate luxury design into production-ready garments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate creative design concepts into functional prototypes and production samples
  • Analyze materials, construction methods, and production timing to optimize manufacturability
  • Conduct cost and material usage evaluations to reduce waste and improve production efficiency
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure adherence to quality and design specifications
  • Support the definition of working methods and production sequences for garments and accessories

Qualifications

  • Technical understanding of garment construction and materials science
  • Proficiency in translating design intent into production specifications
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and material optimization practices
  • Familiarity with luxury apparel production standards and processes

Experience

Previous experience in sample production, garment engineering, or luxury apparel manufacturing is preferred.
