Gucci Sales Manager – Wholesale Watches & Jewelry in New York. Lead regional accounts across Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean. $81K–$90K USD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean
- Manage sell-in, order intake, and account replenishment to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Drive sell-out in wholesale accounts and provide on-site sales support and training
- Build and maintain active client relationships focused on product knowledge, brand positioning, and growth opportunities
- Merchandise each point of sale in accordance with corporate brand guidelines and standards
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with all retail partners, analyzing sales performance and inventory productivity
- Identify and develop new retail partners and distribution points aligned with brand image and strategic growth objectives
- Analyze sell-through data, inventory metrics, and replenishment opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations on product assortment and allocation
- Develop and maintain regional sales forecasts, inventory projections, and monitor aging inventory, stock imbalances, and slow-moving merchandise
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual product training sessions for retail partners and staff
- Plan and activate co-marketing campaigns and events in partnership with the Marketing department
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Service departments to optimize inventory flow and business performance
- Support annual budget planning, regional strategy development, and financial forecasting
- Support regional and international selling campaigns and promotional events
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree (desired)
- 7–10 years of wholesale sales experience, ideally in luxury watches and jewelry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Fluency in English and Spanish (native or business level) for negotiations, presentations, training, and correspondence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP formulas, forecasting models, and business reporting
- Hands-on expertise in inventory planning, replenishment, stock allocation, open-to-buy analysis, and sales forecasting
- Experience managing distributors, independent retailers, and department store partners across Latin America and the Caribbean (preferred)
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to develop business plans and growth strategies
- Deep understanding of luxury retail, wholesale distribution, merchandising, and client development practices
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout assigned territory
- Valid driver's license

7–10 years of wholesale sales experience in the luxury sector, preferably in watches and jewelry. Demonstrated success managing wholesale accounts, building retailer relationships, and driving regional sales performance. Experience with inventory optimization, sales forecasting, and business analytics in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) desired.
