Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage and convince clientele through storytelling.
- Maintain an appropriate and sufficient quantity of items on the sales floor.

- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.

- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required, with a focus on customer service and product knowledge.
Education
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
