Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the complete buying journey and facilitate purchasing decisions
  • Present Gucci collections and products according to brand standards and guidelines
  • Provide expert advice on product styles, characteristics, and current fashion trends
  • Embody brand values and represent Gucci's luxury positioning to all clientele
  • Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and performance objectives
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service

Qualifications

  • Professional retail or luxury brand experience
  • Strong product knowledge and fashion awareness
