Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul. Deliver exceptional luxury client service, clienteling and sales in a flagship retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full Gucci selling ceremony from welcome to close, meeting store and individual sales targets.
  • Provide superior customer service through deep product knowledge of Gucci’s collections, history and heritage.
  • Execute clienteling activities: qualify client needs, maintain and update CRM records, and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Drive revenue through targeted cross-selling and upselling during client interactions.
  • Communicate fashion and luxury market trends to clients and adapt styling advice to diverse customer profiles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product display in line with Gucci visual guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management for floor and backroom according to company procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming standards, policies and store operational guidelines.
