Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique are maintained according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and customers.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
  • Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems. Attention to detail in product presentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
