Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products effectively to engage and convince clients through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice based on their needs.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or surpass individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receipt of items.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess strong knowledge and control of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of Gucci's brand and product offerings.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
